  3. TITLE:  Re-distribution License for Workbench stuff
  4.  
  5. Those of you making software products should be aware that Commodore
  6. offers a re-distribution license for Commodore copyrighted material
  7. on the Workbench disk.
  8.  
  9. With such a license, you can legally include material from the Workbench
  10. disk on software disks that you sell.  That means that you can make
  11. your software disks into bootable Amiga disks -- including CLI
  12. commands, disk loaded libraries, device drivers, fonts etc.
  13.  
  14. The license is royalty free, and is good for some years (I believe
  15. the number is 5 years) for redistribution of a specified set of
  16. Workbench disk files on a specified set of your software products.
  17. You need to tell us these specifications.

  19. There is a one time charge of (I believe) $100 for a license to cover our
  20. handling costs.

  29. Dave will send you a copy of the license agreement for your perusal.

  31. Commodore's software products for the Amiga include other files which
  32. you may wish to incorporate into your products.  In particular, compiler
  33. folks may wish to incorporate our include files, libraries, or overlay
  34. linker.  We will consider all such requests on an individual basis.
